Don’t forget, finding the right fuel (foods) for your body can take some time. Trial and error is often a great way to establish if certain eating patterns are feeding your body’s cells and giving you the energy you need to get through your day. Starting a diet record is a great way to figure out what works for you. Record what you eat then 2 hours later record how you feel. If you feel sluggish, tired or irritable that could indicate the food you’re eating isn’t adequately fuelling your body. So, why not try something different. Swap your cereal for a cooked breakfast or smoothie!
