While many nutrition programs focus on telling people what they should and should not be eating, Eat It introduces participants to all the fantastic foods that we should all be eating plenty of everyday and teaches the skills needed to allow people to easily choose, prepare and, of course EAT thses foods no matter where they are.

This program challenges barriers and dispels common myths around healthy eating and provides fitness and health workers with knowledge and skills to better support thier clients.
