Learn how to plan your sporting club’s future with a free strategic planning forum facilitated by KickStartCQ, Rockhampton Regional Council’s health and wellbeing initiative.

Strategic planning is vital to the growth and longevity of all clubs and the KickStartCQ team aim to demonstrate how organisations can continue to reap the benefits of forward thinking and planning on Wednesday 24 April 2013.

Participants will discover how to develop a strategic plan, gain advice on effective implementation as well as have the opportunity to ask questions they may have.

The first KickStartCQ Club Forum, held late last year, attracted nearly 30 sporting representatives and included interactive activities, relevant and easy to understand information, and light refreshments.

KickStartCQ aims to build the capacity of, and strengthen local sport and recreation clubs so the community can continue to be involved in healthy lifestyles through participation in sport.
