Similar to this, a recent study has found that getting outside can dramatically increase your concentration levels and help to maintain a high level of happiness.

Enabling you to make the most of these and many other benefits, Rockhampton Regional Council has continued to expand the number of outdoor fitness equipment stations throughout the Region.

Residents can make the most of outdoor fitness equipmant in six handy locations including:

  • Ted Price Park, Gracemere
  • Sir Raymond Huish Drive, Wandal
  • Rigarlsford Park, Koongal
  • Frenchville Road Corridor, Frenchville
  • Eddie Baker Park, Norman Gardens
  • Yeppoon Main Beach, Yeppoon
