All living beings have the same common desire: to be happy. So, how do we make ourselves happy?

In order to understand the causes of happiness, we must first identify and investigate what makes us unhappy (suffering).

In this public talk Buddhist scholar, teacher and meditation master, Loppon Tsering Samdup (Sakya Kechari Institute, Sydney), will lead us step by step through the historical Buddha’s first and most important teaching – The Four Noble Truths.

  • The truth of the existence of suffering;
  • The truth of the origin of suffering;
  • The truth of the cessation of suffering;
  • The truth of the path that leads to the cessation of suffering.
