Sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start when you decide you would like to improve your diet and nutrition. What should I eat? Am I eating too much? Too little?

Nutrition plans are not a  ‘one shoe fits all’ solution however they do provide us with some general guidelines which can sometimes help us get on, and stay on track with healthy eating patterns.

These general nutrition guides have been developed by Candice Millard of Candice Eleanor Massage Nutrition & Natural Health to get you kickstarted!

Don’t forget, finding the right fuel (foods) for your body can take some time. Trial and error is often a great way to establish if certain eating patterns are feeding your body’s cells and giving you the energy you need to get through your day. Starting a diet record is a great way to figure out what works for you. Record what you eat then 2 hours later record how you feel. If you feel sluggish, tired or irritable that could indicate the food you’re eating isn’t adequately fuelling your body. So, why not try something different. Swap your cereal for a cooked breakfast or smoothie!
